AuctionACCESS Membership
The XLerate Group of auctions utilize AuctionACCESS, the leading licensed dealer registration and credentialing system for the wholesale auto auction industry in North America. If you are a new dealer and have never registered with AuctionACCESS, please visit www.AuctionACCESS.com to become a member. If you are an existing AuctionACCESS member, you can review your account status, update your information and manage authorized representatives on your account via www.AuctionACCESS.com or the AuctionACCESS mobile app.
XLerate Group Required Forms
Once you are enrolled with AuctionACCESS, please download and review, and sign and notarize the following documents. State sales tax exemption requirements vary by state and are summarized below.
- Indemnification and Limitation of Liability Form
- Must be notarized
- Power of Attorney
- To reassign or complete title paperwork on your behalf
- Must be notarized
- Multijurisdiction Uniform Sales & Use Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate
- Required for all dealers
- Florida Blanket Affidavit
- For non-Florida dealers attending a Florida auction location
- Indiana Form ST105-D
- For all dealers attending an Indiana auction location
- Louisiana Form R-1079
- For non-Louisiana dealers attending a Louisiana auction location
- Pennsylvania Form REV-1220AS
- Pennsylvania dealers only
Once forms have been signed by an owner or officer and notarized as applicable, please return the forms to your local auction or via email to [email protected].

Please stop by the dealer registration counter the first time you attend a sale to ensure all paperwork such as a salesperson’s license, your preferred method of payment or title handling method is documented and current for that auction location.
